Saving My Life
Om begins to calm me asap 1st thing when I wake up. I awake in a panic attack, every day. Thank you Richard Freeman
for keeping me safe every morning and during the day, listening to your voice chanting is so calming, when I just can not join in. & when I do join you chanting my whole world changes, to OM shanti Om, calm and peace. I can take a deep breath into the pain of my body, racing thoughts & panic...to life as it should be for us all, calm and non threatening .I am watching less TV, because almost anything can trigger CPTSD, and turn chapter 2 of Yoga Chants on my phone... of you chanting and I chant with you. At night I am thoroughly exhausted. I off the TV, and on to you chanting, I chant myself to sleep & you continue to chant, if I awake you are there, your voice is so calming and reassuring..
