The Mindful Journey to Empower YOU!

Susan Colon presents an amazing story of her friend Francisco and the accident which changed his life. The story documents Suzan’s profound wish to help this friend at a point of crisis and life change. In working consistently, soulfully and mindfully, she illuminates a path which others can follow, a path which one can take artfully and thoughtfully, with her words as your guide. I listened in bed, while cooking in the kitchen and even on my travels in South America! The 30 days really do make you pause and reflect. This is true yoga of the mind and spirit! #audible1

Awesome and soothing

I’m surrently suffering from a concussion. Can’t read and spuds are challenging.
