Enjoyable, concise, helpful listen!
This book is helpful for not only those suffering from chronic pain, but also those interested in increasing mindfulness and improving sleep! I enjoyed that the author narrates the novel herself, as it gives a personal touch when she’s speaking about her own struggle dealing with chronic undiagnosed pain.

this should be a pamflet, not a book
It's just common sense advice, nothing you would not know already. Some advice on light yoga moves. A bit disappointing.
To make matter worse, the narator is disengaged , disinterested and very annoying, rushing through to finish the assignment. I'll make sure I won't buy any more audiobooks read by this narator.
