A very interesting and an eye opening perspective
As a long-time meditator, I completely agree with many of his points in this book. We are our thoughts and are the products of our environments. Some of his ideas are oversold in hyperboles, but this book offers an excellent perspective to those mindlessly caught up in their daily lives. I recommend listening to absolutely everyone.

I love it, what a beautiful reading!
I loved all of it. I enjoyed it as much as Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.
I'm practicing the meditation, it's amazing.
Even though I'm healthy, I love everything he teaches about changing your body with the power of your brain-mind.
it's time for us to start to understand that we don't have to believe every thought we have. Sometimes those negative thoughts just makes us feel stress and they don't even happen, but still affect our health.
This book is a must!

This book helps you explore a way of thinking that is backed by both spiritual and scientific results. This has helped me open my mind to a new way of thinking and helped me discover more about who I am. Although some of the results seem outlandish and witchcraft like, I would still like to belive there is truth in the stories.
