don't be scared to invest in yourself
get around your objections about it because i believe your money is only worth what you spend it on. Like he says in the meditation, your investing into your future by meditating. highly recommend 👌. going on 4th time listening

Believe and achieve
This is not a quick fix method, you have to put in the time and the effort, and when you do, you will be rewarded with clarity and peace of mind.
I enjoy both the guided meditation portions as they helped me to get to where I wanted to be, and the non-guided portion. This portion allowed me to solidify, go deeper into my meditation.
