Exactly what I needed.
I love when audiobooks are read by the author. It makes it way more genuine. This is exactly what I needed to get my shit back on track and eat properly. My nutrition was sooo bad and I was in this horrible loop of eating. Listening to ilana everyday has me committed and accountable.

Most encouraging read ever!
This was the best health book I have ever read! It was mega encouraging, motivating, realistic, well thought out and very educational. I recommend this book if you are killing it in your health journey, are stuck or are feeling discouraged!

Finished in a day!
loved this book so much that I listened to the whole audio book in a day! I listened while I did laundry and prepped dinner. I did the exercises she asks you to do and I really feel a fresh mindset already!
