    Insightful read

    Newly diagnosed with ADHD-I. This book was recommended by my psychiatrist and now I understand fully why he made this recommendation. The audiobook itself was pleasant to listen to, and I like the switching between narrators because it helped me to maintain my attention. I have never finished an audiobook until this one because I lose interest. This book is the perfect length for me.

    Where’s the beef?

    Like listening to the table of contents. They spoke my language but didn’t deliver on tools. The tips and notes were not very comprehensive for women. In my opinion.
