What the critics say

"Dietz/Crowley is charismatic, and his stories will leave you alternately laughing and crying. Harries/Lodge will leave you thoughtful. This audiobook will make you get out of the car and walk or bike with your portable [audio] player." (AudioFile)

Good message, mediocre delivery

Interesting information.
Chris (non physician) is tough to listen to. Lots of personal stories about skiing that are irrelevant and add too much fluff to the book.
Henry (physician) is easy to listen to. Concise, great explanations.
