Use the Pause button

Mark's refreshing insights and perspectives are often too dense to listen to and absorb at a speaking speed. One needs to Pause frequently and reflect on them and one's own life story. A new treatment of the spiritual disciplines that is more about the opportunities they offer than the drudgery of obedience.
