A companion to contemplate our hearts' capacity ❤️
A very well explained and digestible book that has nonetheless already taken me six months to ponder only some of the experiences and reflections described, despite the ease to relate to and resonate with the experiences. I fully intend to come back to it again and again to support my contemplation of our hearts' capacity. ♥️ I also find myself going back to Part 1 frequently while reading latter parts of the book.
