About this listen
Zen To Done (ZTD) is a system that is at once simple, and powerful, and will help you develop the habits that keep all of your tasks and projects organized, that keep your workday simple and structured, that keep your desk and email inbox clean and clear, and that keep you doing what you need to do, without distractions. This book was written for those who want to get their lives organized and actually execute the things on their to-do list by changing existing habits. And let me say that changing your habits is possible. Using the habit-changing techniques I describe in this book, I have made many habit changes: I quit smoking, started running, started eating healthier, completed a marathon, doubled my income and got my finances in order, have almost eliminated my debt now, completed a triathlon, lost more than 20 pounds, and started a successful blog, and more. Read this book. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish with this productivity system.

Zen to Done is simple and elegant.
But just like other strategies it only helps if you implement. I took some things away, so there is benefit.

Nice Little Book
There were several useful takeaways that made this book worth listening to. The author took the best from other productivity systems and shaped them into something better. #Audible1

Short and to the point
I liked that it was short and to the point. Lots of productivity tools here.
As an aside, his obsession with moleskin notebook was kindoff hilarious. Also, wasn’t a fan of the extended comparison between “Get things done” and “Zen to Done”.
The idea of MIT was pretty good. I’m using it now.

Worth a read
Simple, straightforward, organized and repetitive. Repetition in this case is desirable in that one has a good grasp of the concepts by the time the book is over

A waste of time and money
The narrator was boring and monotonous, the writing was horrifyingly confusing, and the advice was a waste of time. I bought this audiobook because it was $1.50 on sale but it isn't even worth that . I am furious that I was ever fooled into paying for this garbage piece of prose.

exactly what I was looking for
the book was better than I expected honestly, for being such a short listen. it was packed with the information I wanted, and provided examples. the author also referenced the GTD book, which i originally had on my list to read first but the price was 4 times as much and i had a few weeks to wait until my next redeemable credit lol and i needed productivity and organizational strategies NOW. turns out though, that the GTD method wouldn't have jived with my lifestyle and preferences anyways so it was meant to be that ZTD was what I absorbed first. would recommend to a friend!
