 久坂葉子は、1950年(昭和25年)に19歳の若さで、「落ちてゆく世界」の改作「ドミノのお告げ」が芥川賞候補となり注目された。しかし、翌々年の昭和27年21歳の大晦日に、阪急六甲駅で鉄道自殺を遂げた。16歳で初めて自殺未遂事件を起こしてから4度目の自殺だった。夭折した生涯において、わずか3年の作家生活であったが、その間、富士正晴氏に師事し、数多くの詩、小説、あるいは脚本を残した。芥川賞候補となった「ドミノのお告げ」の原作『落ちてゆく世界』を収録。©2019 響林社 Biographies & Memoirs Essays
