Yoga Teachers’ Chat Room is a new series of episodes on Yoga Off the Mat. Here, Sandra and HIDEMI will discuss all kinds of topics yoga teachers care about, from daily schedules, to the joy that this job brings us, to some of the worries or problems we all face as yoga teachers. We hope that yoga teachers or soon-to-be teachers can find the discussions helpful.
