Welcome to Chapters….A podcast where we talk with current and former sportspeople about their athletic career and their transition into life after sport - whether that is starting a business, exploring a career in a new sector or creating a new role within sport.
Today we're delighted to welcome Jake Henry as a guest.
Jake is a former rugby professional who played for Rotherham, Plymouth and Hartbury as well as some time playing for Havre in France. Around this time COVID hit and Jake started to explore other options to prepare for life after rugby.
He found his passion in interior design and now runs his own Interior design company, JWH Designs, where he provides multiple design services for residential & commercial properties as well as bespoke experimental offers.
Jake is a great example of someone really finding their next career based on their interests and following their passion.
