    We practice acceptance right up until we feel called to move up to the next level. And, when you feel that motivation don’t hesitate. 

     

    This next step may require vulnerability. If it involves an investment then asking for the money that you need for your health or growth puts you in a vulnerable place. Investing a significant amount of money into a course or program for yourself will stretch you, but it will come back 10x.

     

    Notice when you have resistance. 

    Look for any blind spots you may have.

    Ask if you can say you are worthy of rising up to the next level. 

    Imagine if it could get better than this.
