  • Mr. Ken Yang, Esq. is CEO of Penn Asian Senior Services (PASSi), a provider of aging services based in Southeastern PA whose mission is to promote the well-being of Asian-American seniors disadvantaged by their language and cultural barriers. A native of Philadelphia, Ken earned his undergraduate degree at University of Pennsylvania and law degree at Temple University. Ken finds great meaning in being able to facilitate programs that enable and empower a diverse group of older adults to age independently in the communities of their choice.
