Think about it. How many times have you replayed a situation in your mind, wishing you could have done something differently? How many times have you felt stuck because of something that happened long ago?
It’s like carrying around a heavy backpack filled with old, unnecessary things that only slow you down. And yet, many of us keep lugging it around, believing we have no choice.
But we do have a choice. Recognizing that the past is only one chapter in your story, you can choose to focus on the parts that empower you. It’s about learning from those experiences and releasing the grip of what no longer serves you.
It’s a part of your story, yes, but it doesn’t have to be the entire narrative. You can decide to focus on different parts of that story or even rewrite how you see those events. You can choose to take the lessons learned and let go of the rest.
