    Joe and Adam headed east to Garland, NC to catch up with Southern Smoke BBQ's Matthew Register. Starting in 2010, Register opened his restaurant and quickly began experimenting with his old family traditions. That lead to designing his own smoker and adding his own spin to classic southern sides and dishes. Register's skill has opened up doors to catering some pretty big events.


    Restaurant hours are Thursdays and Fridays only, with doors opening at 11:30 AM sharp. Pre-orders on ribs are recommended (with at least 24 hours notice).
