  • Summary

  • Alan Davies has gathered together four hugely talented guests to discuss whatever takes their fancy. Their only job? To come up with a title for the episode!

Coming to you from The Roundhouse in Camden, the show recreates the relaxed atmosphere found among bantering comics backstage. There are no rules, no themes and no preparation. All Alan has is a couple of intriguing facts about each of his guests, after that, the conversation spirals in all directions.

Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled – The Extended Podcast contains loads of exclusive extra stories and banter that couldn’t be broadcast on the smash hit TV show.

    Jul 27 2021

Tonight, sharp-witted stand-up, Sarah Keyworth opens up about not fitting in and being confusing; Brummie Darren Harriott brings his infectious humour to the table with tales of a trip to Croatia and why it left him naked and confused; Irish TV presenter, Angela Scanlon, has a number of apologies to make especially to Sharon and Rose who are in no way akin to their nicknames. Completing the quartet of funny guests is Dara Ó Briain, who still can’t fathom who he’s supposed to be and what he’s done for the cause.

Entertaining

An interesting approach to interviewing in a round (hexagonal really) table style. A conversational bit of storytelling that was often shocking, but equally hilarious. Some big comedy names and some not so big comedy names sharing life changing/scarring experiences of an often embarrassing nature. Definitely worth a listen.

LOVE this podcast.

I absolutely love this podcast. It's really fun to listen to all of the anecdotes and hear the humorous interactions between the guests. Quite frankly, while it makes for a relaxing and fun listen. And it's addictive, too!

I've seen little snippets of the television show on YouTube, which I enjoy, but to hear the whole show is so much better. Is there a chance of more episodes from the years after 2021 ( or before ) ? I've been trying to ration out the podcasts instead of going through them all at once, but I'm going to run out soon!!!
