Andy, was until August 2021 the Mental Skills Coach for the Cincinnati Reds Baseball team. He’s also a special forces veteran with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and a graduate of West Point Military Academy.
Andy also contributed to the book Deliberate Discomfort – Deliberate Discomfort: How U.S. Special Operations Forces Overcome Fear and Dare to Win by Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable.
