    Dr Michael Lange and Dr Susan Summerton go over the title of today's show; Survive or thrive for 2025? Both doctors expand on all the new structure function claims they can make for the Fortifeye Focus and Brain supplement. Cognizine, Astaxanthin, Lutein and zeaxanthin isomers are the four ingredients of Focus and Brain. There is plenty of clinical studies supporting the benefits of improved cognitive abilities and memory, healthier skin, reduce muscle soreness after workout, decreasing eye strain and improved focusing ability. The doctors go over many other benefits of the Fortifeye Focus and Brain supplement. Dr Summerton does a section on the benefits of omega 3 fish oil for muscle recovery and enhanced athletic performance. Dr Lange says if you only took one supplement it should be a good rTG form omega 3 fish oil like Fortifeye Super Omega. Both doctors discuss how important the digestive system and microbiome is to overall health and Dr Summerton expands on the benefits of Akkermansia for gut health They also discuss the importance of a balanced diet with lower calories for weight management and not these fad diets. Clinical evidence suggest that ketogenic and carnivore diet may cause accelerated cellular aging. There is also evidence that intermittent fasting may cause hair loss.
