  • Ep. 54: The 12-Hour Walk
    Feb 5 2025

In this episode, Michael and Kathryn discussed Michael's recent 12-hour walk, inspired by Colin O'Brady's book "The 12-Hour Walk". Michael shared how he was initially inspired by a friend, John Donnelly, who had read the book and decided to try it himself. Michael then decided to do it himself, downloading the book to understand the context better. He emphasized that the walk was more about spending 12 hours alone with his thoughts while in motion, rather than the number of miles or steps. He also mentioned that he didn't bring any technology with him during the walk, making it a tech-free day.

The discussion ended with Michael expressing his desire to share his experience with others, encouraging them to try something new and different.
