Be The Energy is a podcast made by non-elite runners for non-elite runners.
We (Fleet Feet Tulsa half marathon coach Kevin Green and 10x marathoner Seth Olson) created this show because we love talking about running way too much, and we want to use that enthusiasm to encourage runners just like us.
We won't be reviewing the latest running shoes or try to make ourselves to be training experts. We want to relate our experiences to you in hopes they will not only encourage you but also inspire you to turn that doorknob and achieve your fitness goals.
