In our series on self care we've talked about a lot of energy protection and other methods to avoid burnout. This week we're practicing what we preach and taking a break to rest, recharge, and refocus. Sometimes, in this and almost every industry, there's the overwhelming instinct to give it all we have, but as we're finding out - that is a recipe for disaster.
