  • In this week’s podcast, we dive a little deeper into the aspect of hovering. If we’re on a journey, hovering is a bit like pulling over to the side of the road to really study the map. Or maybe it’s like treading water. I guess it depends on if you’re travelling by land or by sea.

    We are Dan and Jo Ellen. Two middle-aged professional musicians who by some fluke ended up as stars of the indie film, Lone Stars. We have been re-bitten by the acting bug and want to chase that dream. So, for 2025, our goal is to get into ‘movie star’ shape! Actually, our goal is to spend the year developing a healthy lifestyle so that we have the energy to chase all of their dreams!

    This podcast is our inspiration, motivation and accountability.
