  • How are we doing? Well, this week we talk about giving ourselves grace! We are figuring out what exactly we need to work on figuring out. Even though we need some grace this week, we are still encouraged and we hope you enjoy this look at our journey.

    We are Dan and Jo Ellen. Two middle-aged professional musicians who by some fluke ended up as stars of the indie film, Lone Stars. We have been re-bitten by the acting bug and want to chase that dream. So, for 2025, our goal is to get into 'movie star' shape! Actually, our goal is to spend the year developing a healthy lifestyle so that we have the energy to chase all of their dreams!

    This podcast is our inspiration, motivation and accountability.
