Christmas is a time for fun and spending time with loved ones - but it can also be stressful. The pressure to look good, to enjoy all of the delicious food and drink but immediately embark on a 'new year new me' fitness regime come January 1st. The all or nothing mentality often sets in with those stuck firmly in diet culture 'I have 2 weeks to eat anything and everything them its back to being strict' and even the fear of comments and criticism from family and friends around our body size and eating habits.
