LA Country firefighter Richard Zuniga was on the frontlines of the Easton Fire in Los Angeles. His unit was one of the first to respond when the blaze was first reported, and he shares what those initial 24 hours were like for first responders and all that they did to try to save lives, homes and property. He explains why Southern California’s topography coupled with the wind conditions make it especially challenging to fight these kinds of fires. He also speaks about his close ties to Alta Dena, and the 14-years he’s spent protecting and helping the community. Plus, you may know Richard from his comedy career and Arnold Schwarzenegger impressions he posts on Instagram! He reveals what sparked his love comedy, how he got into it, and even performs a couple of his favorite Schwarzenegger bits!
