Excellent True Crime Analysis podcast.
Laura Richards’ superior understanding of victimology, behavioural analysis, and deep knowledge in criminal behaviour is on fine display in this true crime podcast. If you are looking for detailed analysis that puts victims at the center of the narrative, look no further.
Her long form series ( for example Forgotten Victims, and Murder of Gabby Petito) are remarkable re-investigations that highlight the significant systemic issues which led to tragic incidents, many of which that could have been prevented if law enforcement, and the justice system had even the slightest understanding of coercive control.
Not only will your understanding of what went wrong be deepened, Laura gives us new language that we can use and share with others to help bring societal change vis and vis womens and girls safety.
Highly recommended!
