JOIN OUR BOOK CLUB! https://links.fable.co/aiMtu8GyWNb Also enjoy our summary book notes: Chapter 47: • Initiates have reddish rings to their eyes that come and go depending on how often they drain • Asim eyes fluctuate in degrees of red and vein affected by emotions • Sages are responsible for Initiates, eyes are permanently red • Maven's are like generals and never captured • Cat insulting her, anger taking over her, choke hold while saying the finger move in Violets ear 😡, Cat wants a crown and found out about the engagement. • Nearly kills Catriona, cat still thinks she won, xaden broke it up, literally carries her away Chapter 48: • Removes her boots knowing she is into from Fourth Wing • My house, my chair, my woman • I wonder if he can read her intentions lol • All business, this is just to make her train sending energy to the orb (/s) • Onyx wraps around her mind and she hears his thoughts • Screams his name in an echo-y throne room • I thought she shocked him but really he is trying to resist her so she can see that she is not a convenient placeholder • She says she doesn't know how long they were engaged, he said that's the problem, you never ask.... betrothed • Infantry ex- lover, Xaden pushing her to ask him questions, her inferiority, and violet agrees with you that Cat is just like Xaden. • Overall Xaden is pushing her to face her emotions • Cat came to THEIR door in the robe 🤣 • Gave her a dagger to protect her from Cat, xaden never went down on Cat, doubt they cleaned up before his meeting and her classes 😂 Chapter 49: • Give patches to flyers, Violet welcomes Cat and fliers to Iron squad, Violet thanks her for teaching xaden the trick, Imogen cackles. • Ridoc is hilarious • I could use a snack, we do not eat our allies • Head to the library, sawyer flirts with Jesinia, books and weapons from tecarus (no need to ppl in Basgiath) • Dain points out translation is wrong, they talk about their history. • Calls out Violet for skipping ahead when translating, I thought she could embue but he embues the ward stone. • Tells her to be careful with her words, asks if she is in love with Xaden and would after he heard what xaden said, obviously she says yes Chapter 50: • No rider feels they've reached the limits to their power, venin temptation? • She forgot Dain was good with language. • Target practice is not going well... • Practicing Darth sideus magic realizing her power is beautiful, control doesn't overheat her • "Dragons make no mistakes" Tairn • Heaton is looking rough, they took 7 ppl, confused on the location and people talk Chapter 51 • On a roof?, chocolate cake • Chance of 7 inches of snow 😏 • Wants her to ask him questions, I bet he is aware she is scared to ask questions that will risk their relationship and doesn't want to offer up relationship ending info without her asking • They are screwed for the war • They figure out Flame, Dain quietly admits he like Xadens idea for squad arrangement. • She solves Breath and Flame

Chapter 45: • Excerpt about the venin recruiting fliers who didn't bond in the last 50 years. • Flyers react normal to death of friends, reflects on their threshing too. • Rhiannon village turned away refugees. • Vi can embue daggers, cat in a see through robe once when Vi knocked, Rhi in a relationship with Tara, supposedly Imogen is not in a relationship with Quinn but has a crush on Garrick...not buying it • "Civil is overrated" -Andarna when everyone is out on the flight field. Ridoc insults Andarna by calling her mini tairn • Heaton and emery on missions with Xaden confirming they are a lieutenant. • Sawyer wants to learn to sign, rhi's family moved to Aretia • Tyrrish rune class, the prices is tempering, neither flyer nor rider knew of this, banned a couple hundred yrs after unification. Skilled with runes can compete with signets. • Tyrrish knots teaches this • Cat first to succeed Chapter 46: • Vi describes Andarna power pearlescent • Xaden transporting weapons to tecarus, she is scared to ask questions that jeopardize her happiness. • Col. Mairi runes for the marked ones, for Fen Riorson's blood line, "only" child 👀, counters the signet of the rider of the dragon that executes. Melgren can't see the outcomes of battles with them in it. • Violet jealous of Cat being better than her at runes • Combining flyers and riders. • Cat challenges violet, Andarna suggests scratching her eyes out, tairn suggests her knee caps • She fights like xaden

Andarna not invited. • The fliers were expecting them, 2nd person with truth sayer, also a boolean signet. • Lol Xaden already there, you aren't where I left you Violence Chapter 41: • Palace shockingly beautiful, Violet realizes they aren't escorted and Xaden knows the place very very well. • Violet tells him to stop protecting her like last year, he said at gauntlet and threshing he didn't love her or know what she would become to him, Xaden is scared. • He calls her out for sneaking away after being unable to translate • "You know who sound like right now....Dain" • Everyone smoking hot but Cat is hotter 😬, pities Violet for no color as xaden laments the lack of color at basgiath • CATRIONA IS A BITCH 😡 • He tells her Cat can heighten emotions • Raining, sheer dress, one dagger, Fen Riorson's chest exchanged for an alliance, mira can't shield, Venin pops out Chapter 42: • How long was the dude in the chest? • "Great note he had a knife" 🤣 • Brennan joined, Mira can't shield, the venin couldn't pull past the rock wall • Pinned his boots, tairn lifts her, strikes the water, 💀 the venin • Second man to beg for her forgiveness... soon a third 😏 • Hand on thigh, Cat not intimidated, offers her an isle of peace. • Take flyer cadets to train, they must bring a crossbolt, for the luminary
