Since 2017 his company Yarusi Holdings has amassed over 3000 apartment and commercial real estate units. This week’s Misfit Entrepreneur is Ted Pryor. Ted has had one heck of a Misfit Entrepreneur journey. From 1982 to 1987, Ted was the middleweight kickboxing champion of the world. But behind the scenes, he was a key player in the biggest marijuana trafficking operation in American history. After a stint in prison, he re-emerged and became wildly successful in business, eventually founding Children of America, a company dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and education with more than 60 locations across 15 states.

This year, I am going to do something a little different. I’ve just returned from spending almost a month overseas and competing in New Zealand in the Ironman World Championships. I promised my family that I would take that time with them and just unplug. That meant no podcasts or anything during that time and I stuck to it. It was an amazing trip and such a wonderful experience. For all my Kiwi listeners, your country is truly incredible. I hope everyone watching and listening gets a chance to visit it someday.

I started out saying that this end of year episode is going to be a little different.
