I quit coffee.
For years I've been highly addicted drinking about 8 - 10 cups per DAY and let's just say I wasn't doing very well. So I quit.
In this episode, I'll dive into how I was feeling, what made me make the decision to quit completely and how it's gone.
It's now probably been almost a month and I can say that I haven't gone back to having even a single cup - and I don't regret it.
