Visualisation meditations are some of the most powerful mindfulness tools to manage our pain.
Through the power of releasing the ball of energy - whether it be pain, anxiety or any discomfort - we’re able to feel in control, allowing us to be empowered in this journey. Really hope it helps, warrior.
