  • Summary

  • When pop-star Mika needed a pair of comfortable shoes for a concert, he looked to an unusual source: Christian Louboutin. Christian didn’t design menswear but he agreed to take the job anyway. Their collaboration would spawn Christian’s first menswear line and result in a life-long friendship between the two. In this episode, we explore one of fashion’s most surprising - and fruitful - creative partnerships.

Christian Louboutin and Mika interview is great!

I am a huge Mika fan and love his music but I promise I am not being biased when I say this is a great interview! Sabrina and Idris ask thoughtful, deep questions and the two friends supply heartfelt, humorous, insightful answers. We get to learn more about their friendship the art of creativity as work vs play and ultimately have a laugh. I would suggest this to any Mika/Louboutin fans and anyone who takes inspiration from art, literature, people etc… This episode is kind of like a deep dive into creativity and friendships that can come along with that. Thank you :)
