  • Kennywood Amusement park is in West Mifflin Pa approximately 8 miles from Downtown pittsburgh, and about an hour or so from Morgantown WV. The park is located along PA route 837 aka Kennywood Blvd.

    In recent years, Kennywood would be ranked as favorite dark attraction park by dark ride and funhouse enthusiasts. As a huge halloween fan, Kennywood has several haunted attractions during their horror nights season and riding a roller coaster at night hits differently than the daytime hours. The last time I was at one of their horror nights, it was not disappointing.

    Although Kennywood is for the most part a safe park, it does have a dark shadow that will always be there, no matter how much light they try to shine on it.
