Growing up in entrepreneurial families, we were surrounded by ambition, risk-taking, and constant problem-solving. But stepping into an American school as Asian students for the first time was a whole new world—full of culture shock, identity struggles, and the pressure to fit in. Over time, we realized that the real journey was finding the right path for ourselves, beyond just external success. Learning the language of mental health helped us gain self-awareness, heal from past insecurities, and embrace our true identities.
