In this episode I'm joined by Mike Foster, business mentor and founder of The Entrepreneurs Mentor and the Oxford Business Community Network.
Mike and I talk about failure, why it's important to fail, and how you can learn from it. We talk about our own failures and drawing on his expertise as a business mentor, Mike shares other key areas in business that he's seen are prone to failure.
The important message we want to share in this episode is that you should expect to fail, but that failure is rarely objectively bad - if anything, failure is beneficial to help you and your business grow.
