Hello everyone! Hope all is well. In today's episode, I dive into to how we can find our unique motivators. I go into what motivates me/why, how routines and habits have helped sustain motivation, and how you can find what motivates you. Again, motivation is not always there, and that is where discipline comes into place. But, what helps is creating sustainable habits that then is a domino effect into being disciplined. Being disciplined helps but it's being specific in what you want to be disciplined in. Start with one thing and get good at it, it will empower you to do more and more.
