Summary

Christians can read, meditate upon, confess and apply God's word during their rest time according to Psalm 4 verse 8. Because we are able to cast all our cares upon the Lord we are able to lie down in His overwhelming peace and go off, calmly, in His safety, to sleep. The Lord is the only One who enables us to lie down in His safety. This certainly solves the sleep and rest problem if we are willing to listen to and repeat His comforting words, from the Holy Bible. Let Him be your burden bearer and stop trying to carry your anxious load of cares for it will crush your spirit and soul. You must not let Satan and the fears of the world, disturb your rest.
