Hi everyone!! Hope all has been well for you guys. I again have taken a week off from publishing due to many factors, but no excuses. In this episode, I dive into how I and we as a whole can "stop" the negative self-talk we do every day. Negative self-talk is what keeps us from achieving the dreams and goals we aspire for ourselves and our families. I go into a couple of points that have helped me get out of the negative self talks to myself and I hope that you can try these tips as well. I am not perfect, every day I try to be better than the last but sometimes it can be hard due to life. It is normal. I am here to be real and to help you know that you are not alone.
