    Come meet them and find out more about 'The Saturday Drop In' which is a live hospital radio programme on Highland Hospital Radio. Each week on the show they have a guest from a charity or organisation who promotes health and wellbeing across the NHS Highland area.

    There are also our regular quiz features to keep you entertained while you're in hospital, recovering at home, or at work in the NHS Highlands. Of course, you can be anyone you want to be and still listen in. The door is always open to all on The Saturday Drop In.
