Hi everyone! Welcome back to the pod, in today's episode I talk about goals and whether we need them or not. hahaha, I know you probably already know the answer to that, but I explain the benefits and how we can change our mindset around goals. The word goal can be intimidating, it is a lot of pressure knowing that we need to make this happen or we feel like we failed. However, I think goals are not always going to be something we achieve, but a way of life that we can continue to grow and learn from. In my opinion, I love to have goals, but not a lot all at once...we do live once but we also have a lot of time to try things out. Anyways, I love this topic.
