Advice is doled out to someone whose boyfriend threw up in her bed, and then proceeded to yell at her. We need to be better, especially to ourselves, and that starts with choosing the right partner. Finally weight loss and better self esteem are NOT mutually exclusive, as I talk to a caller who can't stop the negative self talk

Today I want to use a very recent “controversy” to help illustrate how we need to be better to one another as women. I speak it, I preach it, I practice it…women on women crime is at an all time high, and we need to do better.

This week holistic dating coach, Amy Nobile Messing takes us on a guided tour of all the good and bad of dating.
