Hosted by Jenn Williams, a certified herbalist and life coach with years of experience navigating life with chronic illness, the podcast blends professional wisdom with personal insights to guide you through both struggles and successes. Expect plenty of cursing and sarcasm, along with lots of laughter as we navigate it all together.
