Iris Grimm not only brings a fresh perspective to leadership development; she also brings a unique perspective to life. Being raised in the former East Germany, Iris understands the importance of agility, change, freedom, growth, and innovation. She arrived in Atlanta in 1995 when she sought greater adventures. Iris is an experienced coach and facilitator with a unique canine twist. Her trademark program is called “Dog-Gone Leadership” where her clients learn and implement practical leadership strategies that come from the experience of living and working with dogs. Iris’ clients are high-performing entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate executives who are committed to getting more out of themselves, their teams, and their lives. Additionally, she makes it her mission to raise awareness of the impact that dogs can have on our lives and encourages dog adoptions from shelters to improve our life and work performance. She shared this message in her TEDx talk “Dogs make us better leaders” in February 2023.
