  • May 6th of 2012 brought me one of my greatest gifts. I adopted a 1-year-old German Sheperd from the Cincinnati ASPCA. Cooper was the first dog that I ever adopted! He changed my life. Cooper was with me in the depths of the addiction and Cooper was the one constant through all of it. He was my best friend and he saved my life.

    After I lost Cooper, I knew there would be a day when I adopted another German Shepherd... I just wasn't sure when...!
