For Your Health!

I am not diabetic, but find their insights so informative and helpful in terms of helping me understand how my body metabolizes food and to take better care with what I eat. I am already vegan, but probably eating more like 30%+ fats in my diet and this has given me a lot of insight and motivation to do better for my long term health!
