- Pranamaya kosha (energy body)
- Manomaya kosha (mental body)
- Vijnanamaya kosha (wisdom body)
- Anandamaya kosha (bliss body).
Each layer takes you deeper into your true inner Self as you rest in a state of joy and pure bliss.
