Wonderful.

As an insomniac; this podcast series has been beyond helpful. I found this when I decided it was time to stop relying on sedatives almost every night.

If you have trouble sleeping try this. I can only remember a few times where I’ve had to listen to a second episode but it did the trick.

Soothing voice with lovely stories that are not long enough

This is a really enjoyable podcast. The narrator and the stories are perfect for relaxing and/ or easing into sleep with. The only thing I wish is that the stories were longer and ran about 40 minutes long as they are too short.

Amazing!

I've always struggled to fall asleep and this podcast has been so helpful. I've been using it for about 2 weeks every night and have fallen asleep within one episode each night.

Helps me fall back to sleep

I've been listening for a few weeks and rarely make it to the second telling of the story. I often struggle to fall back to sleep when I wake during the night, sometimes taking 2 or 3 hours, sometimes just giving up. This has helped really shorten that time, and I've recommended it to others as well.
