As a Dr. in Marriage and Family Therapst, I spend alot of time hearing about people's relationship issues. One relationship that many people forget is influential in their lives, is the relationship we have to our problems. Our struggles, like a loving, misunderstood family member, influences our daily lives and at times places us in spaces we are not proud of. In this episode I will explore the relationships we have with our struggles and how to begin to understand. I will be exploring 4 ways we can begin to improve the relationship we have with our struggles and begin to move towards living our best lives.
